This "Note Post" is to keep you updated on the latest with Los Padres Outfitters. Not only on recent trips but trail conditions, horse and mule advice. Packing questions and whatever else we come up with. We strive to show people the best of Santa Barbara and what it has to offer by horseback. Tourists and locals alike are allways shocked to see what we can offer. There is so much to explore in our own back yard, the Los Padres National Forest is 2 million acres big and it all starts right here in The Santa Barbara Back Country.
We also invite our guests to write a quick testimonial on their expereince and post pictures from their ride. Whether it's a 2 hour beach ride in summerland, wine and cheese ride in Montecito or 6 day roving pack trip through the mountains starting at ColdSprings and ending in The Cuyama Valley, the experience is one of a kind.
